​​Matthew Jenner from St. Paul's U.C. won one of two
Jeff Atkinson Memorial scholarships
that are awarded by the Atkinson Family
to a 4-H member who exemplifies the way Jeff lived his life. He was a Plowman, a 4-H'er and then a 4-H leader, and a heavy equipment  operator. He mentored youth and was
a selfless, humble, kind person.
With the two recipients are Dennis and Cheryl Atkinson, Jeff's parents, from St. John's Botany.
